| All students of BCA, BBA, B.Sc.(IT), MIB and MA Mass Comm. affiliated to HNBG University are hereby informed about the distribution and submission of Examination forms (with or without late fee), that is as follows:
The distribution of blank examination forms will be done in the class rooms by the respective class coordinators on 12th October, 2009. Those who fail to collect their forms from the Coordinator on 12th Oct, 2009, should collect the same from the office of COE.
The students are required to submit the filled Examination Forms in the office of COE immediately but not later than 24th Oct, 2009 to avoid payment of late fee.
No examination forms will be accepted after 2nd Nov, 2009.
As per the instruction issued by the HNB Garhwal University, no examination form will be forwarded by the Institute subsequently.
All the students are required to clear their dues with the Accounts Department immediately immediately to facilitate submission of their Examination forms with the University.
